NGO_READY

The NGO_READY program is a comprehensive training initiative designed to prepare professionals for immediate and effective roles within Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and NGOs. Guided by the motto "Global Standards for Local Response" , the program bridges the gap in human resources by ensuring humanitarian work meets international quality standards through a mix of theoretical and practical learning.

Program Levels (Training Methodology):

The program follows three progressive levels:

• Level 1 (Readiness - Foundations of Humanitarian Work): Covers humanitarian principles, organizational structures, the cluster system, and international standards such as SPHERE and CHS.
• Level 2 (Empowerment - Development Project Management): Focuses on building capacity in project design and management using the PMD Pro model and MEAL tools.
• Level 3 (Professionalism - Specialization & Career Excellence): Prepares participants for international certification by tackling professional exam requirements for both PMD Pro and MEAL DPro
